Welcome to Vibes. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use Vibes only for lawful purposes. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. You are responsible for all content you upload and activity that occurs under your account.

3. AI Usage Policy

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate interior designs. While we strive for realism, we cannot guarantee the structural accuracy or feasibility of generated designs. Use them for inspiration purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Vibes a worldwide license to use, host, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service. Designs generated by our AI are licensed to you for personal use.

5. Subscription Terms

Vibes offers premium features via subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your App Store account.
