• AI Design Generation: When you generate a design, your uploaded photo along with your selected room type, style, and any custom instructions are sent to our servers and processed using Google Cloud AI infrastructure to create your redesigned space. Your data is encrypted in transit and handled according to enterprise privacy standards.
• Service Improvement: We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models and overall service quality.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide our AI interior design service, we share certain data with Google Cloud, our third-party AI infrastructure provider. Specifically:

• Photos you upload for design generation
• Room type and design style selections
• Custom instructions you provide

Google processes this data solely to generate your design results and is contractually obligated to protect your data with the same or greater level of security as we provide. 4. Photo Storage

Photos you upload are stored securely on our servers. You can request deletion of your data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

5. Data Protection

We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party analytics tools to help us understand how our app is used. These tools collect information sent by your device, including pages visited and other information that assists us in improving the service.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

Vibes offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Pro and Max) and one-time credit purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
